Onsite Food Vending
This service provides an affordable and delicious alternative to going out for lunch.  We bring in our hot fresh BBQ goodness to your site and set up in your designated lunch or break room area.  This is a wonderfully efficient service for lite lunchers on the go as well as the hearty sit down lunchers.  We also include several options for vegetarians!  All major credit cards are happily accepted.

Friday Lunch Bunch
We designed this service to meet the need of many of our corporate clients to alleviate the "Friday slow down".  A special lunch is provided by Holy Smokes on one to five Fridays a month to all of your employees at a special rate depending on menu and number of people.  These lunches start at around $4 per person, and have proven to be just the thing to chase away those Friday slow downs.  Many of our clients offer this as an incentive for their employees to work through lunch rather than loose over an hour of productivity per person which can add up significantly by end of quarter.  Let us eliminate your "slow down" while increasing your profit and bottom line with an awesome yet affordable catered lunch this Friday!



Pharmacy Reps “Hassle Free” Lunches
A large amount of our catering business has been aimed towards servicing the Pharmacy Sales Account Manager’s on site product presentation and marketing luncheons.  Our goal is to take away the hassles and headaches of food servicing for these events, and allow our Pharmacy Reps to focus on their clients and products.  We count it a privilege to have served so much of the central Texas medical community.  As a result of years of providing quality food, and excellent service, many of the doctors ask for Holy Smokes by name and look forward to the presentation when they know that our services have been secured for the lunch. 



Plate Lunches
Our plate lunch service consists of a weekly menu card and order form that is distributed within your organization.  The cards are collected and orders processed by midweek.  The hot fresh made to order meal is presented onsite individually to your employees on the designated delivery day.  Like the Friday Lunch Bunch, our plate lunch service allows your team to stay onsite and avoid the annoying task of eating out, and the traffic headaches that accompany it.
